As always, we've gone a little CHAIR CRAZY!! in our Hollywood Regency front window display....First up........ our latest creation, is this FABULOUS VINTAGE REFURBISHED WINGBACK CHAIR. The wooden base is newly painted in glossy white, the chair itself is upholstered in two fabrics, the back and sides in shiny black patent leather vinyl, the inside and cushion redone in the same bold "Twirly" black and white fabric that we have on the walls!! We think this is by far one of our boldest concoctions to date! Wing back chair measures approximately 41" tall by 31" wide at the tips and 36" at its deepest.
Secondly, a wonderful ALL ORIGINAL VINTAGE PAIR of high back upholstered ARMCHAIRS. These chairs are untouched, have the original painted finish and incredible upholstery which includes the custom raised/embossed design on the chair's back rests...We thought these were perfect and ready to go as is, so we left them untouched....Great condition for vintage pieces with chips and nicks and faded fabric, structurally sound, great lines...these are not your everyday pair of chairs!! Each chair measures 48" tall by 25" wide and about 28" at its deepest.
Lastly, this hard to find, also, all original SET OF 6 MID-CENTURY CANE BACK DINING CHAIRS. The set consists of one armchair and five side chairs, also untouched, original paint and caning and green vinyl seats. Caning is all in remarkable condition, paint is a creamy white and shows some signs of wear and tear but in great condition for vintage finish.. The cushions are good to go, could be done over, but not necessary, one seat cover has a blemish/discoloration. Once again, great lines, an unusual set, drive by and see them in our front window!! Each chair is 40" tall by 22-23" wide at the front cushion, seat cushion surface is 18" from floor, armchair is, of course, wider.
