LARGE DECORATIVE CUSTOM PAINTED FRENCH STYLE HOT AIR BALLOON PAINTING

This is a bright and vibrant, signed, original PAINTING depicting two FRENCHMEN in a GONDOLA attached to a GROUP OF HOT AIR BALLOONS. This whimsical piece is signed, lower right, ATKING, there is also an original label on the back showing that it once belonged to the JOHNSON FURNITURE COMPANY of LOS ANGELES.

Piece is painted on an old plywood board, most likely dating to the 50's or 60's. Overall measurements are about 32" by 24" by 2" deep.
